2. German Rückgaberecht
German sales law grants you the right to return any items within two weeks of receipt, without having to declare reasons for doing so, and receive your money back. Excluded from this rule are software licences, since these can be tested at no cost for 21 days prior to a purchase decision.
3. Governance of agreements
Agreements shall be governed by German Law and in accordance with the United Nations' sales laws. The court of jurisdiction, where applicable, is Aschaffenburg (Germany).
4. Property rightsAny goods remain the property of MindBusiness GmbH until payment has been received in full for all items ordered by a given customer.
5. Data protection
Personal information will only be used for the order process, for providing support, or - where agreed to - for sending the user newsletters and other relevant information.
We will not pass on information to third parties without the user's consent.
6. Other conditions (severability clause)
If a provision of this Agreement is or becomes illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, that shall not affect:
- the validity or enforceability in that jurisdiction of any other provision of this Agreement; or
- the validity or enforceability in other jurisdictions of that or any other provision of this Agreement."
Such a provision would then be either removed from the contract, or - where possible and practicable - adjusted to comply with the current legal situation.
